Climbing For Confidence is somewhere between a climbing lesson, and a therapy session.

What does it involve?

Over the past few years I have found climbing to be extremely useful in managing my mental health and wellbeing. As a psychotherapist and climbing instructor, I aim to combine these practices by providing tailored sessions for people who would like to learn to climb and overcome challenges whilst doing so.

Climbing lends itself to the therapeutic process by providing opportunities to develop resilience to failing, practice dedication and work on social skills.

Before working together, we will have a full consultation in order to establish what you would like to work on, and how best I may be able to help.
